Panelists:

Alex Redlus
Managing Director
Savills Brokerage

Alex has always taken a different approach to real estate. He spent his early 20s in brokerage and represented a multi-billion dollar leasing portfolio in the Plaza District, all while attending NYU at night to get an MS in Real Estate Development.

Upon graduation, he moved on to JLL’s PM group, where over four years, he oversaw 2mm+ in projects worth over $500mm in construction value for some of the country’s most notable companies. He was then approached by one of the country’s largest law firms to become their real estate director and revamp their portfolio of 90+ locations. Alex created the means and methods for which the firms would lease, construct and manage all real estate activities for the firm.

Assignments included handling 12 leases, 3 sales, two refinances, and14 construction projects during his time there.

This role made him realize that his real love was helping corporations best understand how to lease, construct, and manage their portfolios, so he decided to return to brokerage and joined Savills in March of 2022.
