Jessica Rasulo of WTW presents “Insurance 101: Development Training,” which explains the different types of insurance designed to protect property owners, developers, and contractors through various phases of a construction project. In fact, certain types of construction insurance policies are required for many projects. In this presentation we will review the project life cycle, the common types of policies available, when those policies would apply, and incident/claims responses.
